This design says to me that recessions truly inspire creativity. Not only does this design incorporate an element of functional upcycling, but the designer is literally cleaning up the streets while crafting a design business. These Upcycled Umbrella Dog Rain Coats are smart and show the world that brand new materials are not always the answer, here is a prime example of functional reuse of a water resistant material that stays true to its function.
