As Zipcar says, "This is the car for people who don't want one." A great car sharing system with excellent customer interface and an extremely well designed rental and return system.

    2. Zipcar is for people who want to drive dirty, poorly maintained cars with a big ugly logos on the side. The web site may look nice, but key information is difficult to locate, and the actual car sharing service is second rate. I don't see how the rental and return system qualifies as design since you just go to the garage to pick up or drop of the cars.
